Our villa,”Le Pin de Sace” is attractively situated on top of a forested hill which enjoys uninterrupted views across the charming and peaceful valley of “Engaspaty” to the hills beyond.

The villa’s location guarantees exceptionally long hours of sun-shine, from early morning to late evening.

The wide terrace is comfortable and cool in summer, shaded by an original wooden superstructure amid leaves of vines and kiwis. The terrace is adjacent to the pool allowing oversight of the pool area.

The swimming pool was completely renewed in 2007 and is chlorine free.

The villa’s interior is spacious and is arranged in three distinct suites, each of which has its own bathroom.

Le Pin de Sace is located some four miles from the mediaeval village of Seillans which has retained its centuries’ old character and offers a number of restaurants and art galleries.

The villa is surrounded by more than a hectare of forested land which children can safely explore and play to their heart’s content. It includes a massive 200 years old pine tree renowned in the area as “Le Pin de Sace” giving its name to the villa.
